 Welcome to Nourish Yourself Skincare and Wellness ! I'm Cara Kelly, and it's a pleasure to connect with you. As the founder and CEO, my mission is to guide you on a transformative journey where beauty and wellness intertwine.

With over 30 years of experience in the beauty industry, my approach is rooted in holistic principles, with further studies in  Ayurvedic principles, Aromatherapy and Reiki. I am additionally nearing completion of a Bachelor of Psychology which equips me with a unique perspective of the importance of  inner peace and self expectance and the vital connection between mental wellbeing and outer radiance. I believe that true beauty and wellness emanates from the symbiotic relationship between inner and out health and that to achieve a balanced state of wellbeing this is key.   

In terms of beauty, the symbiotic relationship can be seen in nature, where nutrient rich ingredients from plants and native flowers are infused into skin and body products to synergistically enhance skin health and provide non toxic nourishment and protection whilst nurturing the soul through self care rituals and practices.

Nature has always been my greatest muse. Along side my cosmetic chemist I have created a beautiful range of results driven, luxurious products from mother earth's finest therapeutic ingredients. Formulations have been designed to pamper your skin, embrace your wellness and uplift your spirit.

My goal is to inspire you to celebrate your individuality, promote your self confidence and to encourage you to see your own worth through a journey of self love and self discovery.
