Five years ago, I made the decision to take my interest in human behaviours and wellbeing to another level and undertake a double degree in Psychology, of which I am in the final stages of completing. It is my hope to sometime in the future, additionally offer holistic counselling or psychological wellness support and sessions to this beauty and wellness platform.

Inspired by the journey of life itself, my family and encompassing all that is at the core of what makes up me, I have collated all the meaningful components and passions in my life’s journey and created Nourish Yourself Beauty and Wellness as a nourishing and nurturing platform and meaningful space were women can nourish and nurture themselves through multiple channels. Holistically we can together slow down and make time for our own wellbeing, to create and collect natural,  ‘YOU MOMENTS’ and rituals, give back to ourselves and create a happier life style.
